Welcome to Payzaty. By using our services and products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of Payzaty's services.

"Payzaty" refers to Payzaty Information Technology Company. "Services" refers to all products and solutions offered by Payzaty, including the payment gateway, e-commerce platform, and any other related services. "Merchant" refers to any person or entity using Payzaty's services to accept payments or manage an online store. "Customer" refers to the end user who makes payments through the Payzaty gateway.

You must be 18 years or older to use Payzaty's services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You must provide accurate and correct information during registration. The use of services for any illegal or prohibited activities under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is strictly prohibited.

Payzaty provides an electronic payment gateway certified by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The gateway supports the following payment methods: mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and QR Code Payments. All transactions are subject to PCI DSS security standards. Payzaty reserves the right to suspend or cancel a merchant's account in case of violation of these terms.

Payzaty charges a processing fee on each successful payment transaction. The fee percentage is specified in your individual merchant agreement. Fees may change with at least 30 days' prior notice. There are no setup fees or fixed monthly fees unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payzaty is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent or as required by law. We use the latest encryption technologies to protect financial and personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.

Payzaty provides an AI-powered e-commerce platform for creating and managing online stores. The merchant is responsible for the content displayed in their online store. Products offered must comply with the regulations and laws of the Kingdom. Payzaty reserves the right to remove any non-compliant content without prior notice.

Payzaty provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Payzaty shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or technical failures beyond its control. Payzaty's liability is limited to the value of fees paid by the merchant during the preceding three months.

Payzaty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through the website. Your continued use of the services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, it shall first be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
